The subject of the article is an analysis of the dialectics of interests and values in the international politics so-called global actors. Purpose of the article corresponds to the main tasks of identification and self-identification of the actors of political activity. The transitive character of the world in the conditions of globalization demands the balanced recognition both a force of authority, and authority of a force. As a result more and more perspective is becoming a synthesis of two systems – interests and values – in new geoglobalistic thinking and practice.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza dialektyki interesów oraz wartości w poli-tyce międzynarodowej tzw. globalnych aktorów. Celowi artykułu odpowiadają główne zadania identyfikacji oraz samoidentyfikacji aktorów działalności poli-tycznej. Przejściowy charakter świata w warunkach globalizacji wymaga zrówno-ważonego uznania zarówno siły autorytetu, jak i autorytetu siły. W rezultacie coraz bardziej perspektywiczną staje się synteza dwóch systemów – interesów oraz wartości – w nowym geoglobalistycznym myśleniu oraz praktyce.
