In the article culinary vocabulary in Polish dialects of Lithuania, Belorussia and Siberia and changes in it taking place against the background of civilizational processes are analyzed. In particular the passing of some part of vocabulary into the passive layer of spoken vocabulary (words, connected with baking bread, lithuanisms raug’en’a // ravg’en’a and gryžyna, the word pensak ‘pęcak, pęczak’ and others in dilects of Lithuania and Belorussia). Word specific for Polish dialects of Lithuania, Belorussia and Siberia relating to cooking food are pointed out (in particular germanisms in siberian Polish dialects and lithuanisms in Polish peripheric dialects of north-eastern type finding correspondence in Belorussian dialects).

W artykule omawia się słownictwo kulinarne polskich gwar Litwy, Białorusi i Syberii oraz zmiany, które zachodzą w tym słownictwie na skutek przemian cywilizacyjnych. Analizowane jest m.in. przejście tego słownictwa do warstwy słownictwa biernego, nieaktualizowanego (słownictwo związane z pieczeniem chleba, lituanizmy raug’en’a // ravg’en’a i gryžyna, wyraz pensak ‘pęcak, pęczak’ i in. w gwarach Litwy i Białorusi). Wyodrębnia się charakterystyczne dla polskich gwar Syberii i Białorusi wyrazy, będące składnikami tematu „Przygotowanie jedzenia”, w tym germanizmy w gwarach syberyjskich oraz lituanizmy występujące w polszczyźnie północnokresowej i mające odpowiedniki w gwarach białoruskich.

The study presents the results of research aimed at comparing selected lexemes, primarily in the area of municipal law, used in 19 (Old) Czech translations of the Law Book of Meissen from the years 1400–1516 and in the German version of this legal document written between 1357–1387 in the central part of the German language area. This law book served as an important municipal legal document not only in various German towns, but also in many towns founded by German colonists in the Czech Lands. German terms for the study were chosen from the edited manuscript of the Law Book of Meissen written in German (the so-called manuscript B) and from three other manuscripts used in Olomouc at that time. In the analysis, primarily the diachronic aspect was applied; the diasituative and diastratic aspects were also taken into consideration, however.
