W artykule zaprezentowano polski model organizacyjny systemu nadzoru rynku nad wyrobami podlegającymi ocenie zgodności (oznakowanie CE), z perspektywy zastosowanych mechanizmów koordynacji i współpracy organów nadzoru. System ten zorganizowany jest w formie sieciowej struktury wyspecjalizowanych organów administracji publicznej tworzących układy organizacyjne i funkcjonalne, co pozwala zapewnić właściwy poziom bezpieczeństwa produktów wprowadzanych na rynek wewnętrzny. W pierwszej części przedstawione zostały organy administracji tworzące system nadzoru rynku oraz układy koordynacji, w tym podmiot koordynujący (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów) i podmioty koordynowane. W drugiej części ukazano (zastosowane w systemie nadzoru rynku) akty współdziałania i prawny mechanizm koordynacji.

The article presents the Polish organisational model of the system of market supervision over goods subject to conformity assessment (CE marking) from the perspective of the applied mechanisms of the coordination and cooperation of supervision authorities. The aforementioned system is organised as a network structure of specialised authorities of public administration which create organisational and functional systems which provide the proper level of safety of products introduced into the internal market. The first part discusses the administration authorities which create the system of market supervision and coordination systems, including the coordination entity (President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) and coordinated entities. The second part depicts the cooperation acts applied in the system of market supervision, as well as the legal mechanism of coordination.
