9 Pułk Artylerii Ciężkiej (dalej 9PAC) był jednym z rodzajów wojsk, które w okresie międzywojnia był w gotowości bojowej na terenie II Rzeczypospolitej. Formowanie rozpoczęło się 29 czerwca 1919 r. Od tego dnia można mówić o zalążku przyszłego wojska stacjonującego we Włodawie w latach 1933-1939. 9 PAC stał się jednym z organizatorów życia we Włodawie w okresie międzywojennym. Chętny zawsze do pomocy oraz gotowy do działań.

9th heavy artillery regiment (later 9PAC) was is one of the types of troops that during the interwar period was in combat readiness in the Second Polish Republic. Formation began on June 29, 1919. From that day, one can speak of the germ of a future army stationed in Włodawa in the years 1933-1939. 9 PAC became one of the organizers of life in Włodawa in the interwar period. Always willing to help and ready for action.
