Celem niniejszej przy jest zaprezentowanie sylwetki i dorobku naukowego Zofii Wojno (1886-1954), która była okulistą, ordynatorem Instytutu Oftalmicznego w Warszawie i jednocześnie urszulanką. W swoich pracach naukowych skupiała się głównie na wynikach leczenia „ciałami proteinowymi”.

The purpose of this article is to present the biography and the scientific achievements of Zofia Wojno (1886- 1954), who was the head of the Ophthalmic Institute in Warsaw and an Ursuline at the same time. She was a comprehensive surgeon, and focused mostly on practical aspects of ophthalmology.
