Korzystanie z usług niematerialnego wspierania rolników po przystąpieniu Polski do Unii Europejskiej

The purpose of the study was to analyze the changes in use immaterial support by farmers after Poland’s accession to the European Union (EU). According to the research findings, following the Polish EU integration and CAP implementation, a bigger activity of farmers in use of the immaterial services was observed. Comparing with the year 2000, the share of farmers supported by services mentioned above increased from 17.2 to 27.9%. In the paper, selected characteristics of farmers and agricultural holdings, covered by immaterial services, were identified (such as area of agricultural land and scale of agricultural production). The main source of analysed data were surveys of 3705 farming families residing in 76 villages across Poland, carried out by IAFE-NRI in 2005.

Przedmiotem badań była analiza zmian w rozpowszechnieniu współpracy rolników z organizacjami udzielającymi niematerialnego wsparcia po przystąpieniu Polski do UE. Jak wynika z badań IERiGŻ-PIB objęciu rolnictwa mechanizmami Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej (WPR) towarzyszyła większa aktywność rolników w korzystaniu z usług niematerialnego wsparcia. Po przystąpieniu Polski do UE odsetek kierowników gospodarstw korzystających z opisywanego rodzaju wsparcia wzrósł z 17,2 do 27,9%. W artykule zidentyfikowano wybrane cechy gospodarstw, które były najbardziej związane z częstotliwością korzystania przez rolników z niematerialnego wsparcia. Okazały się nimi być: powierzchnia UR oraz skala produkcji towarowej w gospodarstwie. Materiał empiryczny wykorzystany w pracy pochodził z panelowych badań ankietowych, przeprowadzonych przez Zakład Polityki Społecznej i Regionalnej IERiGŻ-PIB w 76 wsiach położonych na terenie całego kraju.
