Artykuł nawiązuje do problematyki implementacji podejścia procesowego w polskich przedsiębiorstwach, jest to tematyka dość powszechnie badana ale nie w kontekście wdrożenie podejścia procesowego na różnym poziomach zarządczych. W związku z powyższym publikacja jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie w jakim zakresie podejście procesowe znajduje odzwierciedlenie na poziomie procesów i stanowiska pracy? W uzupełnieniu głównego problemu badawczego przeanalizowano poziom wykorzystania komunikacji poziomej w firmach zorganizowanych w układzie procesowym. Weryfikacja wybranych problemów wdrożenie podejścia procesowego została przeprowadzono na podstawie przeglądu literatury oraz analizy i oceny wyników badań sondażowych przeprowadzonych za pomocą metody CATI. Główne konkluzje wynikające z przeprowadzonych badań wskazują na: niewystarczające wdrożenie podejścia procesowego na poziomie stanowiska pracy oraz niski poziom wykorzystania komunikacji poziomej w średnich, małych i mikroprzedsiębiorstwach.

The article refers to the problem of implementation of the process approach in Polish enterprises. This subject is quite well studied but not in the context of the implementation of the process approach at different levels of management. Accordingly, the publication is an attempt to answer the question to what extent the process approach is reflected at the level of processes and working position? In addition to the main problem of the research the level of use of horizontal communication in companies organized in a process approach was analyzed. Verification of selected problems of implementation of the process approach has been carried out on the basis of the literature review and the analysis and evaluation of the results of surveys conducted using the CATI method. The main conclusions from the study indicate: inadequate implementation of the process approach at the level of working position and the low level of use of horizontal communication in medium, small and micro enterprises.
