Celem artykułu jest określenie wpływu wielkości nakładów inwestycyjnych przed i po akcesji Polski do Unii Europejskiej na zmiany potencjału produkcyjnego i efektywność gospodarstw. Badaniami objęto gospodarstwa z podregionu bydgoskiego (byłe województwo bydgoskie), które przed akcesją do Unii Europejskiej korzystały z kredytów preferencyjnych. Jednocześnie prowadziły w latach 2004-2015 nieprzerwanie rachunkowość w systemie Polski FADN.

Determination of the impact of the investment expenditures, prior to and after accession of Poland to the European Union, on the changes in the production potential, and efficiency of farms is the purpose of the article. Farms from the sub-region of Bydgoszcz (former Province of Bydgoszcz) which prior to accession to the European Union took advantage of preferential credits, and which at the same time in the years 2004-2015 conducted uninterruptedly accountancy in the Polish FADN system, were covered by the studies.
