W artykule starano się pokazać, że rozwijająca się coraz dynamiczniej e-turystyka, stwarza duże możliwości dla rozwoju usług turystycznych za pomocą innowacyjnych narzędzi ich sprzedaży. W tym kontekście celem Autorki była prezentacja innowacyjnych narzędzi sprzedaży usług turystycznych w Internecie. Jego realizację przeprowadzono w oparciu o krytyczną analizę fachowej literatury przedmiotu, w tym czasopism specjalistycznych oraz wybranych zasobów Internetu, oraz metodę obserwacji. Artykuł ma charakter informacyjny. Wskazuje na rosnącą rolę nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno - komunikacyjnych (ICT) w działalności podmiotów na rynku e-turystyki, ale także na potrzebę ich implikacji do polskiej gospodarki turystycznej. Założono, że wiedza o nich powinna stanowić przedmiot coraz częstszych dyskusji i analiz zarówno w gronie praktyków/menedżerów, jak i naukowców. Ta aplikacyjna idea, przyświeca artykułowi, stanowiąc jego ważną przesłankę pragmatyczną

This article seeks to demonstrate that e-tourism, offers ample opportunities for the development of tourism services. In this context, the aim of the author was to present innovative tools sale of tourist services on the Internet. Its implementation was based on a critical analysis of professional literature, including specialized magazines and selected Internet resources, and the method of observation. Article is informative. He points to the growing role of modern information - communication technologies (ICT) in business entities in the e-tourism, but also points to the need for their implications for Polish tourist economy. It was assumed that knowledge of them should be subject to more frequent discussions and analyzes among both practitioners / managers, and scientists.
