Ten artykuł omawia model motywowania pracowników wiedzy w innowacyjnym przedsiębiorstwie. Autorzy mają na celu analizowanie procesów biznesowych realizowanych przez pracowników wiedzy. W szczególności są badane możliwe konsekwencje motywowania pracowników wiedzy w dziedzinie badań i rozwoju jako efektywność poziomu innowacji w przedsiębiorstwie. Jest także dyskusja na temat wyników badań teoretycznych i literaturowych. Podsumowanie pokazuje kierunki dalszej pracy.

This article elaborates on the model of motivating knowledge workers in an innovative enterprise. The authors aim at analysing the business processes realized by knowledge workers. Specifically, likely consequences of motivating knowledge workers in the department research and development as on the effectiveness of level of the innovation in an enterprise are studied. This was followed by a discussion on the results of the literature and theoretical studies. The summary shows the directions of a further work.
