The article focuses on Husserl’s phenomenological philosophy as an intentional-genetic theory of experience. I inquire into the elementary forms and principle of the organisation of subjective experiences and investigate the concepts of type in the con-text of pre-predicative constitution. I attempt to show how far type, conceived as a con-crete and acquired coherence of homogenous experiences, determines the process of interest-awakening even before higher predicative procedures—such as discursive and reflexive thinking—take place. Following such a path, phenomenology comes closer to the philosophy of life, to the Gestalt theory, and to the psychoanalytic theory of under-standing.

The school plays very important roles. First of all, the school should provide with essential conditions to the development of each child. What is more, the school has to prepare the young person for performing family and civil duties.The whole process should be based on the most important principles, such as: solidarity, democracy, tolerance, justice and freedom. This article emphasizes the civil liability in teacher’s job and what is related to this process. The writer points out the meaning of civil liability and its relation with civil law. According to this article civil liability is essential part of law and it is necessary to learn law to become self-confident.

Szkoła winna zapewnić każdemu uczniowi warunki niezbędne do jego rozwoju, przygotować go do pełnienia obowiązków rodzinnych i obywatelskich w oparciu o zasady solidarności, demokracji, tolerancji, sprawiedliwości i wolności. Stąd ogrom odpowiedzialności prawnej w zawodzie nauczycielskim i to nie tylko z zakresu odpowiedzialności cywilnej, co jest wynikiem rozważań w prezentowanym artykule, ale też odpowiedzialności karnej. Można tu znaleźć odpowiedź – czym jest odpowiedzialność cywilna i w czym się przejawia z punktu widzenia prawa cywilnego. Odpowiedzialność cywilna jak stwierdzono w artykule jest istotnym składnikiem prawa, da się ująć w pewne formuły, co pozwala nam przewidywać, kiedy czynimy zadość naszym obowiązkom, a kiedy wychodzimy na grunt niepewny, stąd warto przypomnieć nauczycielom, że pewność może przynieść tylko poznanie prawa.

Lived Body and Intentional Embodiment. New Perspectives on Phenomenological Anthropology

The body, the bodily condition of the human being, or embodiment as an essential aspect of the human situation in the lived world are important topics of phenomenological research and phenomenologically oriented anthropology. On the other hand, today also cognitive research and neurosciences are dealing with the topic of embodiment, mainly focusing on so-called embodied cognition. Modern neuroscience claims that both, thought and action can only be interpreted in the light of interactions between brain, body and environment. New trends in phenomenology stress their familiarity with this position and focus on naturalizing phenomenology. In my view, this development disregards fundamental Husserlian claims concerning the naturalization of human subjectivity. In order to avoid such naturalizing effects, I focus on the transcendental-phenomenological interpretation of the lived body, and underline the intentional-genetic potential of Husserlian analyses. On this path, instead of relying on naturalizing embodiment, I develop a genetic understanding of the intentional embodiment of subjectivity and describe a peculiar form of intentionality as transbodily intentionality, thereby stressing its anthropological and socio-theoretical significance.
