Forensic methods used in the profession of investigative journalist. All the work is dedicated to criminal methods in investigative journalism. It requires a lot of experience, patience and knowledge in different types and categories. Different cases allows journalists to explore new terms and gain even more knowledge. One of them is forensic especially useful for investigating cases.The main article reason is a connection between investigation and investigating journalism while showcasing their certain investigative methods. Journalist students have to gain this knowledge outside of school since it is not included in their major education.

Wybrane metody kryminalistyczne użyteczne w dziennikarstwie śledczym. Praca poświęcona jest metodom kryminalistycznym w pracy reportera śledczego. Zawód dziennikarza śledczego wymaga doświadczenia, cierpliwości i wiedzy w wielu dziedzinach naukowych. Różnorodne tematyki śledztw sprawiają, że reporterzy poznają nowe zagadnienia naukowe i się ich uczą. Jedną z takich dziedzin jest kryminalistyka, szczególnie przydatna w sprawach kryminalnych. Głównym celem artykułu jest powiązanie dziedziny kryminalistyki z dziennikarstwem śledczym i przedstawienie wybranych metod kryminalistycznych. Nie stanowią one podstawowej wiedzy, którą dziennikarze nabywają na studiach, a dodatek, który staje się przydatny przy prowadzeniu śledztw.
