The aim of the study was to present the functioning of the Pomeranian Agricultural Society in the interwar period. The Society was established in order to popularize modern farming methods, spread agricultural progress and undertake activities for the development of education and culture in the countryside.

The historical study presents the basic elements shaping the system of education and agricultural education in Pomerania. In the group of school education, lower agricultural schools and one lower secondary school were presented. In turn, in the field of out-of-school agricultural education, the problem was characterized by agricultural preparation teams, agricultural circles and rural housewives' circles.

W opracowaniu o charakterze historycznym przedstawiono podstawowe ogniwa kształtujące system szkolnictwa i oświaty rolniczej na Pomorzu. W grupie kształcenia szkolnego przedstawiono niższe szkoły rolnicze i jedną szkołę gimnazjalną. Z kolei w zakresie pozaszkolnego kształcenia rolniczego, problem scharakteryzowano poprzez zespoły przysposobienia rolniczego, kółka rolnicze i koła gospodyń wiejskich.
