Atrakcyjność i efektywność inwestowania w ramach klubów inwestycyjnych

The article presents the issue of attractiveness and efficiency of co-investing within investment clubs. It turns out that although the legislator introduced the category of investor clubs into the Polish financial law years ago, this solution not only failed to become popular in practice, but even to break through to a wider social awareness. The author presents a multifaceted analysis of this issue, the aim of which is to present the significant advantages of co-investing in a small group of people close to each other. Investor clubs can be a great way to learn how to save systematically and invest effectively.

Artykuł przybliża zagadnienie atrakcyjności i efektywności inwestowania w ramach klubów inwestycyjnych. Okazuje się bowiem, że choć ustawodawca wprowadził przed laty do rodzimego prawa finansowego kategorię klubów inwestora, to jednak to rozwiązanie nie tylko nie zdołało się upowszechnić w praktyce, ale nawet przebić do szerszej świadomości społecznej. Autor przedstawia wieloaspektową analizę tego zagadnienie, której celem jest przedstawienie istotnych zalet wspólnego inwestowania w niewielkiej grupie bliskich sobie osób. Kluby inwestora mogą być bowiem doskonałym sposobem, aby uczyć się systematycznego oszczędzania i skutecznego inwestowania.
