The subject of this article is the analysis of conflict and enrichment in therole of students and employees, based on author’s own research. The study included395 people in different study programs and different specialties. The tools employed to gather the necessary material were the work-school enrichment scale (WSE) andthe work-school conflict scale (WSC), as well as a questionnaire prepared by the author.In the course of the analysis, increases were identified in work-school conflictand work-school enrichment. The study also verifies the impact of selected variableson conflict and enrichment in both directions, including scope of work and experience,mode of studies (full-time or part-time) and the link between the program andthe job performed, as well as whether the respondents began to work before or afterenrolling in a study course.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza wyników badań własnych, dotyczą-cych konfliktu i wzbogacenia w rolach studenta i pracownika. Badania obejmowałygrupę 395 osób, reprezentujących różne kierunki i  specjalności. Dla zebrania materiałuwykorzystano Skalę konfliktu praca zawodowa–studia, Skalę wzbogaceniapraca zawodowa–studia oraz kwestionariusz ankiety własnej konstrukcji. W  tokuanaliz ustalono nasilenie konfliktu i wzbogacenia w kierunkach praca–studia orazstudia–praca. Zweryfikowano ponadto znaczenie wybranych zmiennych, takich jakwymiar i staż pracy, tryb studiów i ich zgodność z pracą zawodową, kolejność podję-cia studiów/pracy dla konfliktu i wzbogacenia w obu kierunkach.
