The subject of the analysis is the constitutionality of the law as a form of examining links between various normative acts. As we assume a hierarchical order of normative acts, we must develop verifying mechanisms, which implementation can satisfy the will of constitutional legislator and can achieve the objectives set by it. This happens in a complex controlling process, with a use of certain criteria, with a key – but not exclusive – participation of the Constitutional Court as a state organ specializing in this area.
