This article has been devoted entirely to a newly created, qualified crime against property, introduced to a substantive law on the basis of the recently adopted coronavirus legislation. As part of this study, a broad dogmatic and historical analysis of the offense of theft of theft particularly bold, and also presented general conditions in this subject and a comprehensive assessment of the changes caused by the amendment to the CC. The author has evaluated how the above changes were influenced by the remaining types of prohibited duties, which are in chapter XXXV CC.

Artykuł poświęcony został w całości nowo wykreowanemu, kwalifikowanemu przestępstwu przeciwko mieniu, wprowadzonemu do ustawy materialnokarnej na podstawie niedawno uchwalonej ustawy antycovidowej. W ramach opracowania przeprowadzona została szeroka analiza dogmatyczna i historyczna przestępstwa kradzieży szczególnie zuchwałej, a także przedstawiono ogólne uwarunkowania w tym przedmiocie i dokonano kompleksowej oceny zmian, jakie spowodowała nowelizacja k.k. Autor dokonał oceny, w jaki sposób powyższe zmiany wpłynęły na pozostałe typy czynów zabronionych, które znajdują się w rozdziale XXXV k.k.
