W artykule dokonano charakterystyki systemu edukacji wraz ze wskazaniem jego przemian w kierunku kreatywnego kształcenia oraz przedstawiono zasady funkcjonowania elektronicznej gospodarki stwarzającej potencjalne możliwości równości w skali globalnej. Na tle retrospekcji instytucji edukacyjnych ukazano mankamenty obowiązującego systemu edukacji i konieczność jego zmian z punktu widzenia kreatywności jako wzorca kształtowania społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Zaprezentowano motywacje kreatywności jednostki w ekonomii kreatywności oraz miejsca socjalizacji kreatywnych jednostek (środowisko, instytucje, organizacje, second life). Przedstawiono ideę i struktury elektronicznej gospodarki.

The article describes the characteristics of the system of education, together with an indication of its transition towards creative learning and presents the principles of functioning of the electronic economy posing potential opportunities for equality on a global scale. With the background of the educational institutions retrospect the author shows the shortco-mings of the existing education system and the need to change it from the point of view of creativity as a standard of shaping the information society. The paper presents motivations of individual creative learning in creativity economy and socialization places of creative individuals (environment, institutions, organizations, second life). It also presents the idea and structure of the electronic economy.
