Dzisiejsza turystyka to specyficzna dziedzina współczesnego stylu życia oraz forma aktywnego wypoczynku mająca niebagatelne znaczenie w rozwoju kultury, wychowaniu i kształtowaniu światopoglądu prozdrowotnego społeczeństwa. Turystyka jest jedną z najbardziej dynamicznie rozwijających się gałęzi gospodarki, której jednym z celów jest obsługa stale rozwijającego się ruchu turystycznego. Praca w tej branży wymaga przede wszystkim doświadczenia, umiejętności organizacyjnych popartych praktyką i znajomością języków obcych. Ogromnie ważna jest także zdolność do podejmowania często strategicznych decyzji wobec stale zmieniających się warunków działania. Dlatego koniecznością stało się kształcenie kadr, począwszy od szkół ponadgimnazjalnych, poprzez wyższe studia zawodowe, do stopnia magistra włącznie. Celem artykułu jest analiza systemu kształcenia kadr dla potrzeb rynku turystycznego w Polsce w latach 2003-2010.

Tourism is a specific area of modern lifestyle with a great significance for the development of culture, education and healthy lifestyle. Tourism is nowadays one of the most dynamically developing sectors of economy, one aim of which is servicing ever-growing number of tourists. Working in this industry requires, above all, experience, organizational skills and ability to make strategic decisions supported by practice and knowledge of foreign languages. Therefore, it became necessary to train well-educated staff at every level of education. The aim of this study is to analyze the system of staff training for the tourism market in Poland in 2003-2010.

System wolnorynkowy oraz prawodawstwo regulujące kształcenie w Polsce kadr instruktorskich w snowboardzie prowadzą do dynamicznego wzrostu liczby podmiotów gospodarczych zajmujących się szkoleniami. Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka ilościowa kształcenia kadr instruktorskich w snowboardzie w latach 2004-2011. W przygotowaniu materiału posłużyła analiza dokumentów Polskiego Związku Snowboardu oraz Stowarzyszenia Instruktorów i Trenerów Snowboardu.

Snowboard is the most developing snow sport in Poland. Considering changes in free-market system and legislation, it is also easy to observe a dynamic growth in the number of snowboard instructors. They are educated by various types of companies at various levels. The aim of the study is to characterize the market of training snowboarding instructors in Poland between 2004 and 2011. In preparation of the material documents of Polish Association of Snowboard Instructors and Trainers Association of Snowboard are referred to.
