Problematyka artykułu dotyczy kultury pedagogicznej rodziców analizowanej w perspektywie jakości procesu wychowania w rodzinie, od którego zależą system wartości, norm i zasad, postawy i sposób postępowania oraz aspiracje życiowe dzieci i młodzieży. Poziom kultury pedagogicznej współczesnych rodziców, który uwarunkowany jest także przemianami cywilizacyjnymi dokonującymi się aktualnie w świecie, ma znaczenie dla dobrostanu życiowego najmłodszego pokolenia. Celem artykułu, który pod względem metodologicznym stanowi syntetyczny przegląd literatury i jej analizę, jest włączenie się w nurt naukowej refleksji prowadzonej nad kulturą pedagogiczną współczesnych rodziców oraz jej znaczeniem dla przebiegu i efektów wychowania rodzinnego. Kulturę pedagogiczną rodziców można traktować jako istotny obszar pracy edukacyjnej i profilaktycznej z rodzicami, by móc wspierać ich oddziaływania o charakterze opiekuńczo-wychowawczym, socjalizacyjnym i inkulturacyjnym. W związku z tym w artykule scharakteryzowano fenomen kultury i kultury pedagogicznej w ogóle, by na tym tle przybliżyć najważniejsze kwestie dotyczące kultury pedagogicznej rodziców. Dokonano także szczegółowej analizy elementów składowych treści kultury pedagogicznej rodziców (na podstawie wybranej koncepcji), które są ze sobą powiązane, tworzą określoną całość i wpływają w istotny sposób na realizację procesu wychowania w rodzinie.

The paper is devoted to parents’ pedagogical culture in the context of the quality of the upbringing process in the family, which shapes children’s and teenagers’ systems of values, norms, principles, attitudes, behaviours and aspirations. Thus, the level of parents’ pedagogical culture, which is also influenced by global civilizational transformations, seems significant. The aim of the paper, which, from the methodological perspective, is a synthetic review of subject literature and its constructive criticism, is to contribute to academic reflection on contemporary parents’ pedagogical culture and its relevance in the course and results of upbringing in the family. The author first analyses the concepts of culture and pedagogical culture in general and then presents the most important issues connected with parents’ pedagogical culture. She also examines individual components of the content of parents’ pedagogical culture (a selected concept), which are interrelated, constitute a whole and substantially influence the realization of the upbringing process in the family.

Die Arbeit bildet einen Versuch der Antwort aut die Frage wie das heutige Niveau der pädagogischen Kultur ist, und welche Faktoren dieses Niveau pädagogischen Kultur der Eltern beeinflussen. Der Untersuchung wurde über eine Grupe von Eltern 532 (fünfhundertzweiunddreißig) Personen aus der Stadt und aus Dort gezogen. Aus meiner Forschung ergibt sich, daß pädagogisches Bewusstsein der Eltern sehr niedrig ist. Die Eltern sind meistens der Rolle des Vaters in dem Erziehungsprozess und Bedürfnisse des Kindes unbewußt. Sie gestallten nicht sinnwoll die Freizeit ihres Kindes, und anwenden solche unpädagogische Belohnungsmethoden wie: Sachliche Preise und Geldbelohnung, sowie und genauso unpädagogische Strafmethoden: Körperstraffe oder Beschimpfung. Die Eltern aus der Stadt sind aus einem höheren pädagogischen (Kultur Niveau im Vergleich zu den Eltern, die in einem Dorf – wo es keine Bildungsstelen (Schulen, Beratungsbildung) gibt. Folgende Faktoren beinflussen wesentlich das pädagogische Bewußtsein der Eltern, wie daß Geschlecht (Mutter sind mehr bewußt als Väters), Familinstruktur (Eltern aus den vollständigen Familien, charakterisieren sich mit dem höheren Bewusstsein), Ausbildung und der gesellschaftlich – sozialer Status der Familie. Pädagogische Schlussfolgerungen: Die Pädagogisierung der Eltern ist durch die Massenmedien, Radio und Fernsehen, Beratungbücher, Familienberatungsstellen, pädagogische Beratungstellen, Universitäten und Schulen für Eltern zu errichten.
