Kontrowersje wokół neoklasycznej teorii rynku pracy

Neoclassical economists suggest, that the labor market should be more flexible and the imper¬fection of the market need to be decreased, which means to relax employment laws, lower the wages and social insurance contribution, weaken the trade unions, replace public works with vocational train¬ings. These issues are discussed and examined from the perspective of political economy, leading to conclusion, that neoclassical theory is mostly wrong as a scientific tool for describing and regulating the economy.

Ekonomiści neoklasyczni postulują uelastycznienie i ograniczanie niedoskonałości rynku pracy: złagodzenie kodeksu pracy, obniżenie płac i narzutów ubezpieczeniowych, osłabienie związków zawo¬dowych, zastąpienie robót publicznych przez szkolenia. Słuszność tych postulatów jest rozważana w artykule z perspektywy ekonomii politycznej, prowadząc do konkluzji, że teoria neoklasyczna jest wa¬dliwym narzędziem opisu i regulowania gospodarki.
