The law of European Union had and still has a different impact on the our Labour code and on this function too. These impact on the shape actual of Labour code is more least then before the access to the European Union. The implementation of unions labour law was caused the decrease the quality of legislative on his technical side but – what’s more important – the implementation of union labour law influence on the high level protection the interests ours employees.

Prawo unijne miało i ma zróżnicowany wpływ na Kodeks pracy, a także na jego funkcjonowanie. Jego wpływ na obecny kształt Kodeksu pracy jest znacznie mniejszy, aniżeli miało to miejsce w okresie przedakcesyjnym. Implementacja prawa unijnego spowodowała obniżenie jego jakości techniczno-legislacyjnej, ale jednocześnie – co ważniejsze – wpłynęła na podniesienie poziomu ochrony interesów naszych pracowników.
