Intabulacja, czyli wpisanie prawa własności nieruchomości do księgi gruntowej w prawie obowiązującym w byłym zaborze austriackim w Polsce w okresie międzywojennym, miała niezwykle istotne znaczenie. Była jednym z warunków skutecznego przeniesienia tego prawa. Dotyczy to także przeniesienia prawa własności nieruchomości w drodze dziedziczenia. W praktyce niestety często jej nie dokonywano, co powodowało niezgodność między faktycznym a prawnym stanem władania nieruchomościami, z którymi nawet sądy musiały się godzić. Sytuacja taka występowała w byłym zaborze austriackim, szczególnie odnośnie do dziedziczenia gruntów chłopskich, rodząc wiele problemów prawnych.

Entering the property rights in the land book in the law of the former Austrian Partition in Poland in the interwar period, i.e. intabulation, was of great importance. It was one of the conditions for the effective transfer of that right. This also applies to the transfer of ownership of real estate by inheritance. In practice, unfortunately, it was often not carried out, which caused a discrepancy between the actual and legal state of ownership of real estate. Even the courts had to be reconciled with this situation. It occurred in the former Austrian partition, especially regarding the inheritance of peasant land, giving rise to many legal problems.

In his article, Maciej Woźny presents the registers of seventeen lost diplomas of the Dukes of Opole: Bolko IV and his son Bolko V. Information about these sources comes from urbaria, copiers, land books, and inventories. Particularly important is the information from the inventory in the private archive of Count Wilhelm August Pückler in Szydłów Śląski, for this source has not been used by researchers before. This edition of the sources has been prepared according to the rules adopted by the authors of Regesty dokumentów przechowywanych na Górnym Śląsku [The Registers of Documents Stored in Upper Silesia]. Maciej Woźny explains in detail where a given diploma is known from and where it was stored.

In dem Artikel werden die Regesten von siebzehn verschollenen Diplomen der Herzöge von Oppeln - Bolko IV. und seinem Sohn, Bolko V, dargestellt. Die Informationen über diese Quellen stammen aus Urbaren, Kopiaren, Landbüchern und Inventaren. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind diese, die dem Inventar aus dem Privatarchiv des Grafen Wilhelm August Pückler in Schedlau (Szydłów Śląski) entstammen, da sie von den Forschern bisher nicht behandelt wurden. Die Edition der Quellen erfolgte nach den Kriterien der Autoren von Regesty dokumentów przechowywanych na Górnym Śląsku [Regesten der in Oberschlesien aufbewahrten Dokumente]. Dabei wurde ein Versuch unternommen, die Herkunft und den Aufbewahrungsort eines bestimmten Diploms näherzubringen.

W artykule przedstawiono regesty siedemnastu zaginionych dyplomów książąt opolskich: Bolka IV i jego syna Bolka V. Informacje o tych źródłach pochodzą z urbarzy, kopiarzy, ksiąg ziemskich oraz inwentarzy. Szczególnie ważne są te pochodzące z inwentarza z prywatnego archiwum hrabiego Wilhelma Augusta Pücklera w Szydłowie Śląskim, gdyż nie były one wcześniej wykorzystywane przez badaczy. Edycję źródeł przygotowano według zasad przyjętych przez autorów Regestów dokumentów przechowywanych na Górnym Śląsku, starając się szerzej omówić, skąd znany jest dany dyplom oraz gdzie był przechowywany.
