Modern sources of spatial data trying to change posiotion of traditional methods of individual field research. The increasing availability of spatial data makes it possible to reduce individual research. The analysis of data available in Polish National Geographic Information System (PNGIS) was designed to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of modern sources of spatial data and bring information about usability to landscape research. This analysis gave us information that, in spite of having a very large data base of spatial information, working with many different data can be problematic. Data from Individual research related with modern spatial database give most valuable research material.

The aim of this article is to summarize the results of an analysis of spatial landscape studies published as parts of diploma theses. The sample of these documents consisted of six spatial studies elaborated between 2016 and 2019, supported by Integrated Regional Operational Programmes. The objectives of this analysis were to compare these landscape studies, explore the various approaches the authors took when solving comparable problems, and find common solutions. Most attention was paid to the resulting proposals and recommendations. The outcome of the analysis may serve as a useful basis for prospective spatial studies.

Cílem tohoto článku je seznámení s výsledky analýzy územních studií krajiny uskutečněné v rámci diplomové práce. Bližší analýza byla uskutečněna na vzorku šesti územních studií krajiny vypracovaných mezi lety 2016–2019 za podpory Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu. Cílem analýzy bylo porovnat územní studie krajiny, prozkoumat různé přístupy, které zpracovatelé zvolili pro řešení obdobných problémů, a pokusit se mezi nimi nalézt společná východiska. Pozornost byla věnována především jejich návrhové části a doporučením v ní uvedených. Výsledky analýzy tak mohou být užitečným podkladem pro budoucí zpracování územních studií krajiny.

Teza. Artykuł dotyczy szeroko rozumianego tematu edukacji przyrodniczo-leśnej. Przedmiotem analiz było Nadleśnictwo Nowe Ramuki, które wyróżnia się niezwykle malowniczym położeniem w Mazursko-Podlaskiej Krainie Przyrodniczo-Leśnej. Walory tego obszaru predestynują go do realizacji zadań edukacyjnych. Omówione koncepcje. Teoretyczna część pracy zawiera opis cech geograficzno-przyrodniczych badanego nadleśnictwa oraz zarys historyczny terenów objętych opracowaniem. Ponadto obejmuje analizę walorów edukacyjnych nadleśnictwa. Szczegółowo rozpatrywano ścieżki dydaktyczne oraz obiekty edukacji przyrodniczej, takie jak Placówki Edukacji Przyrodniczej i Ekologicznej oraz Terenowe Bazy Edukacji Ekologicznej. Wynik i wnioski. Praktyczna część badań skupia się wokół możliwości edukacyjnych, jakie może stworzyć Nadleśnictwo Nowe Ramuki. W celu wyznaczenia kierunku potrzebnych zmian przeprowadzono badania ankietowe. Szczegółowym analizom poddano fragment Leśnictwa Pluski. Wykonana analiza krajobrazowa, inwentaryzacja oraz waloryzacja pod kątem atrakcyjności przyrodniczo-turystycznej wskazuje na znaczący potencjał terenu w zakresie turystyki. Oryginalność. Rezultatem finalnym podjętych badań jest autorska koncepcja arboretum w Nadleśnictwie Nowe Ramuki.

Argument. This article concerns nature and forestry education. The subject of analysis was the forest inspectorate of Nowe Ramuki, which is one of the most beautiful parts of the Mazury-Podlasie region. The advantages of this area make it conducive to educational tasks. The concept discussed. The theoretical part of the article describes the geographical and natural features of the Nowe Ramuki forestry area and its historical background. This part also shows how the area is suitable for nature and forest education today. It describes in detail didactic tracks and forest education points such as Nature and Ecology Education Posts or Local Base of Ecology Education. Results and conclusions. The practical part focuses on how educational features of the Nowe Ramuki forestry area can be improved in the future. To find out what needs to be changed, a questionnaire was implemented. Part of the forestry area near Pluski was researched in more detail. A landscape analysis, forest inventory and evaluation of touristic attractiveness was carried out. This area has great potential for imroving tourism. Orginality. The final effect of the research was to create the concept of an arboretum in the Nowe Ramuki forestry area.
