W artykule autorzy podjęli niezwykle dzisiaj aktualną problematykę, jaką jest wprowadzanie proekologicznego taboru samochodowego na paliwa alternatywne i z alternatywnymi, w pełni elektrycznymi zespołami napędowymi w miejskich dostawach realizowanych w ramach tzw. ostatniej mili. Cel polegał na stwierdzeniu, czy obecnie w polskich warunkach kosztowych i prawnych wprowadzenie takiego taboru wykazuje uzasadnienie ekonomiczne. Dane do artykułu pochodzą z badań autorskich, wykonanych przez zespół w ramach projektu dotyczącego celowości wprowadzenia w polskich miastach idei tzw. zielonego inteligentnego miasta.

In the article, the authors dealt with the issues that are extremely current today, as is the introduction of a pro-ecological van fleet using alternative fuels and with alternative, fully electric power units in urban del iveries under the so called last mile. The aim was to determine whether the introduction of such vehicles currently demonstrates economic justification in the Polish cost and legal conditions. The data for the article comes from the author's research carri ed out by the team as a part of the project on t h e purposefulness of introducing the so called green smart city.
