Głoska [r] w obrazie ultrasonograficznym. Próba oceny podparcia językowego

The research described in this article concerned the instrumental assessment of tongue position when pronouncing [r]. The participants were Polish-speaking people using standard speech. The study focused on ultrasound images of the back of the tongue in the coronal plane. The results confirm the existence of phenomena that are described for other languages. The results and the method could broaden the perspective for research in Polish language .The research results confirm the existence of phenomena that are described in other languages. Interestingly, reports about them have already been mentioned in Polish literature on the subject. Ultrasound examinations can broaden the perspective for research in the Polish language.

Opisane w niniejszym artykule badanie dotyczyło oceny instrumentalnej położenia języka w trakcie wymawiania [r]. Uczestnikami były osoby polskojęzyczne posługujące się wymową prawidłową. W ocenie skoncentrowano się na tylnej części języka, która zazwyczaj nie jest w centrum uwagi. Zapewne ze względu na to, że to ruchy przedniej części języka odpowiadają za charakterystyczne cechy systemu językowego, jakim posługuje się mówca. Skoncentrowano się na obrazowaniu narządu w płaszczyźnie koronalnej, a nie jak ma to miejsce zazwyczaj w płaszczyźnie strzałkowej. Wyniki badań potwierdzają istnienie zjawisk, które są opisywane dla innych języków. Doniesienia na ten temat wskazywano już w polskiej literaturze przedmiotu. Badania z użyciem ultrasonografu mogą poszerzać perspektywę dla badań języka polskiego.
