The article presents the currently binding regulations regarding the prosumer model in force in Poland. The article contains information on the types of prosumers, presents the billing methods and the current billing models for electricity generated and fed into the grid by prosumers. The article presents the currently applicable settlement models – the discount model and the net-billing model.

W artykule przedstawiono aktualnie obowiązującą regulację w zakresie funkcjonującego w Polsce modelu prosumenta. Artykuł zawiera informacje dotyczące rodzajów prosumentów, przedstawia sposób rozliczeń oraz aktualnie obowiązujące modele rozliczania energii elektrycznej wytworzonej i wprowadzonej do sieci przez prosumentów. W artykule przedstawiono aktualnie obowiązujące modele rozliczeń – model opustów oraz model net-billingu.
