Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników eksploracyjnej analizy jakościowej. Analiza pokazuje obraz wymiaru komunikacji przywódczej. W artykule omówiono aspekty etyczne komunikacji przywódczej w kontekście modelu przywództwa. Również standardy etyczne zostały przedstawione w kontekście komunikacji przywódczej. Idealne przywództwo opiera się na poczuciu obowiązku komunikowania wartości moralnych i standardów etycznych.

The aim of the article is to present the results of the exploratory qualitative analysis. The analysis presents the dimension of leaders’ communication. The ethical aspects of leaders’ communication are discussed in the context of the model of leadership. Also ethical standards were reconstructed in the context of leaders’ communication. The ideal of leadership is based on a sense of obligation to communicate moral values and ethical standards. The aim of the article is to present the results of the exploratory qualitative analysis.
