W artykule opisano zaawansowane rozwojowo poziomy świadomości osób dorosłych (statystycznie rzadkie poziomy mistrzostwa) w świetle modelu S. Cook-Greuter. W dalszej części ukazano edukacyjne implikacje tego modelu, w tym konieczność dostarczania wiedzy na temat rozwoju postkonwencjonalnego. Rozpoznanie tego obszaru jest ważne zwłaszcza w kontekście kształcenia osób dorosłych i budzenia ich motywacji rozwojowej. Istniejąca wiedza o postkonwencjonalnych poziomach świadomości wskazuje na konieczność kształcenia nauczycieli nowego typu.

This article describes the most developmentally advanced levels of consciousness (statistically rare levels of mastery) in the light of Susanne Cook-Greuter‘s model of postconventional development. Then the article proceeds by showing educational implications of the model and the necessity to deliver knowledge about postconventional development. To recognize this field is especially important in the context of adults education and awakening their motivation for development. Existing knowledge about postconventional levels of consciousness shows the need to educate a new type of teachers.
