Kształtowanie społeczno-kulturalnych, edukacyjnych, zawodowych i społeczno- psychologicznych elementów adaptacji wychowawczo zaniedbanej młodzieŜy, poprzez zwiększenie stopnia posiadanych umiejętności i zdolności do korzystania z techniki komputerowej, promocja świadomości znaczenia stosowania technologii informatycznych we współczesnym Ŝyciu i społeczeństwie – prowadzi do wzrostu aktywności poznawczej i stosowania technologii informacyjnych, tworzenia pozytywnej motywacji do nauki.
