The article attempts at presenting some philosophical and epistemological assumptions which are conceived of as legitimacy of institutionalize of global ethics of economy. The main goal of this article is to analyze selected ideas of Z. Bauman and A. Giddens concerning current social problems, needs and expectations in the global era. These cultural reasons are presenting from the point of view of some philosophical and epistemological assumptions.
