One of the ways of reaching the desired market position by a company is to create customer value corresponding to his preferences. Among the value creation processes there is an important place assigned to logistics. It contributes to customer value creation by offering place and time utility for customers. Logistics may be supported in value creation by other cross-sectional management concepts, such as Customer Relationship Management, Business Process Reengineering, Lean Management, Total Quality Management, Time Based Management or Efficient Consumer Response.

Celem artykułu była analiza literatury dotyczącej problematyki outsourcingu z uwzględnieniem publikacji o stosowaniu tej koncepcji w Siłach Zbrojnych RP oraz prezentacja wniosków z przeprowadzonych badań. W artykule opisano historię outsourcingu, zaprezentowano pojęcie tej metody oraz jej koncepcyjne założenia. W dalszej części przedstawiono korzyści i cele outsourcingu opisane w literaturze przedmiotu. Zaprezentowano założenia wykorzystywania outsourcingu w Siłach Zbrojnych RP oraz wskazano jego rodzaje. W artykule podane zostały wybrane wnioski z przeprowadzonych wywiadów dotyczących sposobów wykorzystywania tej koncepcji w polskiej armii. W pracy zastosowano metodę badawczą – wywiad standaryzowany oraz analizę materiałów źródłowych. Wywiady przeprowadzono z żołnierzami oraz pracownikami działu logistyki służącymi (pracującymi) w polskiej armii. Celem badań była diagnoza wykorzystania tej koncepcji w Wojsku Polskim.

The aim of the article was to analyse the literature on outsourcing issues, including publications on the use of this concept in the Polish Armed Forces, and to present the conclusions of the research. The article describes the history of outsourcing, presents the concept of this method and its conceptual assumptions. The benefits and goals of outsourcing described in the literature on the subject are presented below. The assumptions for the use of outsourcing in the Polish Armed Forces were presented and its types were indicated. The article presents selected conclusions from the interviews conducted on the ways of using this concept in the Polish army. The research method was used in the study - standardized interview and analysis of source materials. The interviews were conducted with soldiers and employees of the logistics department serving (working) in the Polish army. The aim of the research was to diagnose the use of this concept in the Polish Army.

The article attempts to present the importance of quality management in contemporary management. The context of this analysis is the development of management theory and practice, which is related to, inter alia, the emergence and practical implementation of new management concepts and methods. The key thesis explained in this article is the belief that despite the development of management, focus on quality is still extremely important. This can be seen in applied management practices as well as in new concepts, which very often include in their operating principles solutions developed under the concepts and methods of quality management.

W artykule podjęto próbę zaprezentowania znaczenia zarządzania jakością we współczesnym zarządzaniu. Kontekstem tej analizy jest rozwój teorii i praktyki zarządzania, który związany jest m.in. z powstawaniem i praktycznym wdrażaniem nowych koncepcji oraz metod zarządzania. Kluczową tezą wyjaśnianą w artykule jest przekonanie, że mimo rozwoju zarządzania koncentracja na jakości ma ciągle niezwykle duże znaczenie. Widać to w stosowanych praktykach zarządzania, jak i w nowych koncepcjach, które bardzo często w całości włączają w swoje zasady działania rozwiązania wypracowane w ramach koncepcji i metod zarządzania jakością.

Stwierdzono, że budowa systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorczego, w którym systematycznie, skutecznie są wdrażane najnowsze rozwiązania w dziedzinie organizacji i zarządzania, zapewnia stabilny rozwój przedsiębiorstwa. Omówiono najczęściej stosowane w praktyce funkcjonowania dużych i małych przedsiębiorstw koncepcje zarządzania, przeanalizowano ich skuteczność i satysfakcję od wdrożenia.

The author has presented the importance of modern management concepts in the present business. It has been proven that building system of entrepreneurial management, where the newest solutions in the field of organization and management are systematic and effectively implemented, does ensure stable development of the company. The author has discussed most cammonly used in the practical functioning of large and small companies management concepts, was analyzed its efficiency and satisfaction of its implementation.

W artykule opisano historię benchmarkingu oraz drogę jaką koncepcja ta przeszedł na przestrzeni lat. Przedstawione zostało pojęcie benchmarkingu definiowane przez światowych i krajowych autorów publikacji nauk o zarządzaniu. W dalszej części opisano przebieg procesu benchmarkingu oraz scharakteryzowano jego rodzaje. Zaprezentowano zalety i wady stosowania tej koncepcji. Podane zostały przykłady stosowania tej koncepcji w Polsce.

The main goal of the article was an in-depth analysis of literature on issues related to the concept of management which is benchmarking. The article describes the history of benchmarking and the way this concept has passed over the years. The concept of benchmarking, defined by world and national authors of management science publications, has been presented. The advantages and disadvantages of using this concept were presented. The further part describes the course of the benchmarking process and describes its types.

The studies demonstrated that the sustainable development concept hadn't hinged the justification on hopes because the previous crisis of the global economy was synchronous in almost all countries in the world. The innovative approach to management of the future and to forming a new concept of the humankind development is very important today. The hypothesis that in the future the culture instrument for management of human activity will have to turn into a third component for a new correction of the humankind ideology in the association of the market and the hierarchy is proposed. The meaning of the humankind history learning is highlighted. But it is also demonstrated the difficulties for the people to learn the Big Data of historical information in details. The new approach to the process of history learning at higher educational establishments is proposed, namely: to learn historical information by the reverse chronological order from the contemporary history step to the old ancient history, from the special to the general: from learning history of the native country to learning history of all countries over the world. It places emphasis that under the conditions of the information chaos anyone might become the author (or several authors) of the global culture of the future as the main threat for the humankind.

Badania wykazały, że koncepcja zrównoważonego rozwoju nie opierała się na uzasadnionych nadziejach, ponieważ poprzedni kryzys światowej gospodarki wystąpił równocześnie w prawie wszystkich krajach świata. Innowacyjne podejście do zarządzania przyszłością i kształtowania nowej koncepcji rozwoju ludzkości jest dziś bardzo ważne. Stawia się hipotezę, że w przyszłości kulturowy instrument zarządzania działalnością człowieka będzie musiał stać się trzecim składnikiem nowej korekty ideologii ludzkości — w powiązaniu z rynkiem i hierarchią. Podkreśla się znaczenie uczenia się historii ludzkości. Wskazuje się jednak również trudności, z jakimi borykają się ludzie w szczegółowym poznawaniu Big Data informacji historycznych. Proponuje się nowe podejście do procesu uczenia się historii w szkołach wyższych, a mianowicie: uczenie się informacji historycznych w odwrotnym porządku chronologicznym od historii współczesnej do starej historii starożytnej, od historii specjalnej do ogólnej, od uczenia się historii kraju ojczystego do uczenia się historii wszystkich krajów na świecie. Podkreśla się w nim, że w warunkach chaosu informacyjnego każdy może stać się autorem (lub kilkoma autorami) globalnej kultury przyszłości jako głównego zagrożenia dla ludzkości.

The article discusses concepts related to the legal definition of the key term in the Polish labour law system ‒ the concept of employer. The author presents the evolution of models and concepts for both individuals and organisational units acting as employers. The article addresses the issue of corporate links and the influence of such links on the definition of an employer, as well as the problems related to the qualification of a civil partnership.

W artykule omówiono koncepcje związane z definicją legalną kluczowego pojęcia w polskim systemie prawa pracy – pojęcia pracodawcy. Autorka przedstawia ewolucję modeli i koncepcji dotyczących zarówno osób fizycznych, jak i jednostek organizacyjnych występujących w roli pracodawcy. W artykule poruszona została kwestia powiązań korporacyjnych oraz wpływu tych powiązań na definicję pracodawcy, a także problemy związane z kwalifikacją spółki cywilnej.
