The article presents the further history of the „Luxon LED” company, described by the author for „Firma i Rynek” magazine in 2019. This time, the author focuses on the effects of COVID-caused crisis, how the company did adapt to the difficult situation and how strong its culture turned out to be. „Luxon LED” is also characterized by its consequence in treating the employees, directions of development and creative use of knowledge in management, but - probably most impactful - dealing with inevitablechange.

W artykule przedstawione zostały dalsze losy firmy „Luxon LED”, opisanej przez autora w tekście opublikowanym na łamach Firma i Rynek 2019/2 (56). Tym razem uwaga skupiona została na skutkach kryzysu wywołanego przez Covid, tym, jak firma dostosowała się do trudnej sytuacji, na ile silna okazała się jej kultura. „Luxon LED” charakteryzuje również konsekwencja w traktowaniu pracowników, kierunkach rozwoju i twórczym wykorzystywaniu wiedzy o zarządzaniu, ale bodaj najsilniej: traktowaniu nieuniknionych zmian.
