Zapomniane ofiary nazizmu to te, których cierpienia nie zostały uznane w pamięci zbiorowej narodu. Do kategorii tych ofiar należą osoby prześladowane ze względu na swoją orientację seksualną zarówno w okresie Trzeciej Rzeszy, jak i wiele lat po jej upadku. Problemem badawczym artykułu jest ujecie tematu prześladowań gejów w niemieckiej narracji historycznej. Autorka analizuje polityczne i ideologiczne aspekty refrakcji tekstów ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tego, jak przebiegała recepcja świadectw homoseksualnych ofiar. Polski dyskurs pamięci jest wobec problematyki nieheteronormatywności w kontekście II wojny światowej - w przeciwieństwie do dyskursu niemieckiego - niemal nieprzepuszczalny, o czym świadczą chociażby brak miejsc pamięci czy marginalizowanie tej tematyki na poziomie edukacji historycznej.

The forgotten victims of Nazism are those, whose suffering was not acknowledged in the collective memory of a nation. The abovementioned category describes individuals persecuted on the ground of sexual orientation, both during the period of Third Reich and many years after its downfall. The research problem of the article is the approach towards the subject of gay persecution in the German historical narrative. The author performs an analysis of the reception of homosexual Nazism victims’ testimonies, taking into consideration political and ideological aspects of text refraction. The Polish memory discourse, in contrast to German discourse, rejects the issue of non-heteronormativity in the context of World War II history. It is demonstrated by, interalia, lack of memorial sites and marginalization of the subject in historical education.

Artykuł ukazuje działalność Instytutu Oświaty Dorosłych, instytucji zrzeszającej czynnych pracowników oświatowych, specjalizujących się w różnych formach oświaty dorosłych, pierwszej tego typu w Polsce. Przedstawiona została geneza IOD, formy działalności, etapy funkcjonowania związane z burzliwą historią Polski. Całość analiz została wpisana w dyskurs o znaczeniu pamięci dotyczącej przeszłości andragogicznej dla współczesnego procesu kształtowania się andragogiki. Autorka uzasadnia tezę, iż przywracanie pamięci oraz wprowadzanie do współczesnego dyskursu andragogicznego dokonań pionierów andragogiki ma zasadnicze znaczenie dla poszerzania horyzontu refleksji i wprowadzania nowych, pomijanych dotąd obszarów. Jest to szczególnie istotne w kontekście tożsamości dyscypliny i uznania pośród innych nauk społeczno-humanistycznych.

The article shows the activity of the Institute of Adult Education, an institution of active educational employees specialising in various forms of adult education, the first of its kind in Poland. The genesis of developing the Institute, the forms of activity and the stages of its functioning related to the turbulent history of Poland are presented. The whole of the analysis has been inscribed in the discourse about the importance of memory concerning the andragogical past for the contemporary process of forming andragogy. The author justifies the thesis that restoring memory and introducing andragogical achievements of pioneers to the modern discourse of andragogy is essential for broadening the horizon of reflection and introducing new, previously overlooked areas. This is particularly important in the context of the identity of discipline and recognition among other socio-human sciences.
