Promentors is an international project. Its participants look for inspiration to improve the quality of teacher education based on the principles of the various mentoring models. In May this year, the field of their research became Lublin. In response to this need, a team from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin organised a four-day meeting during which foreign guests, students, methodological advisors from Lublin, directors of various educational institutions (state and non-public) and teachers had the opportunity to exchange experiences and effects of their mentoring activities.

Promentors to projekt międzynarodowy. Jego uczestnicy szukają inspiracji do poprawy jakości kształcenia nauczycieli opierając się na założeniach różnych modeli mentoringu. W maju bieżącego roku polem ich poszukiwań stał się Lublin. W odpowiedzi na tę potrzebę zespół z Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego Jana Pawła II zorganizował czterodniowe spotkanie, podczas którego zagraniczni goście, studenci, doradcy metodyczni z Lublina, dyrektorzy różnych placówek edukacyjnych (państwowych i niepublicznych) oraz nauczyciele mieli okazję wymienić się doświadczeniami i efektami swoich działań w zakresie mentoringu.
