Artykuł dotyczy psycholingwistycznych zjawisk związanych z metajęzykiem, świadomością metajęzykową oraz dziecięcą sprawnością semantyczną. Głównym celem działań empirycznych było zgłębienie psychologicznych i językowych uwarunkowań nabywania znaczeń wyrazów przez dzieci 4- i 6-letnie. Sprawdzono, jak dzieci rozumieją znaczenia wyrazów z dwóch kategorii: dom oraz rodzina. Zaprezentowane w artykule analizy i wnioski dotyczące kreowania znaczeń pojęć skoncentrowane są wokół symbiozy dwóch płaszczyzn: poznawczej oraz językowej. Analiza zebranego materiału empirycznego wskazała, że dzięki ich kompilacji ujawnia się specyfika dziecięcej refleksji metajęzykowej oraz profili pojęć – ściśle zdeterminowanych przez procesy mentalne.

The paper concerns psycholinguistic phenomena connected with meta-language, meta-linguistic awareness and children’s semantic skills. The main aim of empirical activities was to analyze psychological and linguistic conditionings of acquiring the meanings of words by 4- and 6-year-old children. It was examined how children understand the meaning of words from two categories: home and family. The analyses and conclusions on the creation of meaning presented in the paper are focused around the symbiosis of two planes: cognitive and linguistic. An analysis of the collected empirical material shows that their compilation reveals the unique nature of children’s meta-language reflection, the character of concepts and notion profiles which are closely determined by mental processes.

Nowadays, the drama of the incommunicability of the experience of God is perhaps one of the greatest problems that theology must face if it wants to establish a sincere dialogue with contemporary thought. A visit to contemporary theological art, and concretely to music, is an exercise that should be taken into consideration when one wishes to offer a word about God to our world and to men and women of these days. Through this article author wants underline that the relationship between theology and music could reveal itself as a way to discover the mysterious-symbolic presence of God which reveals itself.

Menschen haben die Fähigkeit  auf höhere Metastufen der Darstellung, Erfassung und Handlung aufzusteigen – und dadurch zu  generalisieren und höherstufig zu flexibilisieren. Der Mensch ist also das Metastufenwesen. Das Metastufenwesen kann auch antizipieren und sich auch mit beobachteten anderen Lebewesen imaginativ identifizieren  (worauf z. B. Humor, Ironie und Witz beruhen). Der Ansatz vom metainterpretierenden Wesen sollte  allgemein auf das Anthropicum „Metastufenwesen” (einen der Metaabstufungen fähigen Symbolgeneralisten) ausgedehnt werden. So vielfältig Eigenschaften, Fähigkeiten und Kennzeichnungen des Menschen auch sein mögen, in allen Bereichen scheinen sie Metastufenbildung zu erlauben. Die intellektuelle motivationale Flexibilität des Menschen ist geradezu gekennzeichnet durch diese seine Fähigkeit, Metastufen zu bilden und in Symbolisierungen und Repräsentation sowie Imagination einzusetzen. Kurz:  der Mensch läßt sich als das Metastufenwesen seiner vielfältigen Fähigkeiten und Tätigkeiten sowie Symbolisierungen charakterisieren. Dies ist ein Ansatz, den die Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie empirisch und besonders die philosophische Anthropologie begrifflich, methodologisch und philosophisch weiter verfolgen sollten.

Starting from Cassierer’s idea as the human as the symbolic being (animal symbolicum) I specify and interpret humans as the meta-symbolic, i.e. meta- interpreting beings. In principle, they can always go up to higher and higher levels of language (meta-language) and interpretation (meta-interpretation). That is an anthropological  characteristic  property of humankind.

Wychodząc od  koncepcji Cassirera, zgodnie z którą człowiek jest istotą symboliczną (animal symbolicum), określam i interpretuję ludzi jako istoty meta-symboliczne, tj. jako istoty meta-interpretujące. W zasadzie, mogą oni zawsze wchodzić na coraz to wyższe poziomy języka (meta-języka) i interpretacji (meta-interpretacji). Jest to antropologiczna charakterystyka właściwości cechującej gatunek ludzki.
