Metoda simpleks na przykładzie problemu decyzyjnego przedsiębiorstwa produkującego panele solarne

Szukanie odnawialnych źródeł energii i nasilona produkcja dwutlenku węgla sprawiła, że coraz bardziej upowszechniły się rozwiązania eko. Solary, kolektory słoneczne, pompy ciepła stają się coraz bardziej popularne i pozyskanie energii ze źródeł odnawialnych wzrasta . Na tej podstawie autorka artykułu zdecydowała wykorzystać algorytm simpleks do ustalenia rozmiarów produkcji paneli solarnych, które gwarantują maksymalny przychód ze sprzedaży, przy istniejących zapasach półproduktów. Problem decyzyjny został rozwiązany na podstawie danych firmy produkującej panele solarne. Ze względu na dużą pracochłonność algorytmu simpleks autorka skoncentrowała się na przedstawieniu zależności pomiędzy czterema tablicami simpleks, wykorzystując w tym celu zapis macierzowy programu liniowego. W artykule wykorzystano metodę simpleks uznawaną za ważną metodę rozwiązywania programów liniowych, która generuje ciąg dopuszczalnych rozwiązań Xk, w taki sposób, by kolejne rozwiązania były lepsze od poprzednich.

The search for renewable energy sources and enormous production of CO 2 have resulted in the widespread use of eco solutions. PV panels, solar collectors and heat pumps are becoming increasingly popular and the amount of power generated by renewable sources is growing [GUS 2017]. 1 The author of the article applied the simplex algorithm in order to determine the production volume of solar panels to ensure maximum sales revenues with the existing stock of intermediate products. The decision making challenge was resolved based on the data of a solar panel manufacturer. Since simplex algorithm is very labour-consuming the author focused on the presentation of interdependencies among four simplex tableaux by employing the matrix notation of linear programming. The simplex method described in the article is considered to be an important device for resolving linear programs. It generates a series of permissible solutions Xk so that each consecutive solution is better than the previous one.
