Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie metodologicznego problemu w prawoznawstwie dotyczącego sposobu uprawiania nauk społecznych. W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę stanowiska naturalistycznego i antynaturalistycznego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem aspektu metodologicznego tego konfliktu. Podsumowanie przedstawia próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie czy w świetle pragmatyzmu można używać tych dwóch modeli.

The main aim of this thesis is to present the methodological issue regarding TO science of law and concerning the method of practicing social sciences. The article stipulates naturalistic and non-naturalistic point of view, with particular emphasis on methodological aspect of this dispute. Conclusions SET out the answer on question if - due to the pragmatism - usage of those two models is possibile.
