Nowa odsłona sporu o ustrój polskiej gospodarki – ordoliberalizm vs. neoliberalizm

Artykuł przedstawia opis przemian transformacyjnych zachodzących w polskiej gospodarce po 1989 roku, w kontekście dążenia Polski do zaadoptowania modelu społecznej gospodarki rynkowej. Główna teza artykułu zakłada, że w Polsce nigdy nie doszło do pełnej realizacji scenariusza budowy gospodarki bazującej na zasadach społecznej gospodarki rynkowej, co skutkuje nadal nierozstrzygniętym dylematem dotyczącym docelowego modelu polskiej gospodarki. W efekcie od ćwierćwiecza polska gospodarka dryfuje w atmosferze sporu między ordo- i neoliberalizmem. Problem ten wydaje się dzisiaj (w okresie nowych rządów prawicowych) nie tylko ważki i aktualny, ale także atrakcyjny badawczo. Konkluzje zawarte w prezentowanym artykule bazują na przeglądzie realnych zmian ustrojowych polskiej gospodarki w latach 1989 – 2016 i ich ocenie w kontekście teoretycznych zasad społecznej gospodarki rynkowej oraz na materiale statystycznym, obrazującym faktyczne preferencje społeczne dotyczące modelu gospodarki w Polsce.

The new edition of a dispute about Polish economy model - Ordoliberalism vs. neoliberalism The article presents a description of transformation process taking place in the Polish economy after 1989, in the context of efforts to adopt the social market economy model in Polish reality. The main argument of the article assumes that Poland has never completed the scenario of economy based on the principles of the social market economy. This results in still unresolved dilemma regarding the target model of the Polish economy. As a result of that, during last 25 years Polish economy is drifting in the atmosphere of a dispute between ordo- and neo-liberalism. This problem seems to be today(in the new right-wing governments) not only critical and current, but also attractive from the point of view of economic research.
