Wstęp. W pracy poddano badaniu wpływ realizowanych procesów zarządczych na zaangażowanie pielęgniarek do pracy z uwzględnieniem: planowania, organizowania pracy, kierowania i kontrolowania przebiegu pracy. Zwrócono uwagę na znaczenie procesów zarządczych dla prawidłowych relacji międzyludzkich w zespole świadczącym usługi zdrowotne i ich wpływu na uzyskiwane efekty pracy.

Background. The research of this work has shown the influence of management processes on nurses’ commitment to work including: planning, work organization, management and monitoring the work process. This project shows the significance of management processes and how they can shape the correct human relationships in hospital staff and the influence of work effects.
