Artykuł poświęcony został analizie norm prawnych dotyczących sprawowania Eucharystii i przyjmowania Komunii św. przez kapłana uzależnionego od alkoholu. Materiał badawczy stanowią przede wszystkim dokumenty wydane przez Stolicę Apostolską. Kongregacja Nauki Wiary umożliwiła kapłanom obarczonym chorobą alkoholową sprawowanie Mszy św. i zastosowanie w niej, jako ważnej materii eucharystycznej, moszczu winnego. Mogą oni także przyjąć Komunię św. na dwa sposoby: przez zanurzenie (per intinctionem) lub tylko pod postacią chleba. Zezwolenia na użycie moszczu, dla poszczególnego kapłana, wydaje ordynariusz.

This article is devoted to the analysis of legal norms concerning the Eucharistic celebration and the receive communion by the priest addicted to alcohol. The research material constitute primarily documents issued by the Apostolic See. Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith allowed priests who are saddled with alcoholism to celebrate the Mass and use mustum as an valid Eucharist’s matter. They also can receive Holy Communion in two ways: by immersion (per intinctionem) or only in the species of bread. The ordinary give permission to use of mustum for an individual priest.
