The representative survey of vacancies does not provide complete information about the structure of vacancies. The aim of the article is to present what additional information on vacancies can be provided by Internet job offers. They are especially useful in analyzing the structure of vacancies, e.g. by field of education, qualifications and competencies of job seekers. The article presents results of the study of workers’ competencies occurring in Internet job offers placed on Polish websites in the period from October 2012 to October 2013. The results can be useful in education and training sector for the unemployed policy making.

Reprezentacyjne badania wolnych miejsc pracy nie dostarczają pełnej informacji o strukturze wakatów. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie dodatkowych informacji o wolnych miejscach pracy, które mogą dostarczyć internetowe oferty pracy. Są to przede wszystkim dane na temat struktury wakatów w wielu przekrojach, a w szczególności według kierunku kształcenia, kwalifikacji i kompetencji pracowniczych. W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badania ofert pracy umieszczanych na polskich stronach internetowych pod kątem kompetencji pracowniczych w okresie od października 2012 r. do października 2013 r. Wskazano na zasadność wykorzystania badań internetowych ofert pracy w kształtowaniu polityki edukacji oraz szkoleń bezrobotnych.
