This article is an analysis of labour idea in prerogative state in the socialist version. It attempts to answer the question, whether the theory and practice of the soviet country and other real socialist countries in the field of understanding labour and its value was or was not the contradiction to the Marxist vision of labour in a communist society.

Artykuł poświęcony jest analizie koncepcji pracy w państwie prerogatywnym w wersji socjalistycznej. Podjęto w nim próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy teoria i praktyka państwa radzieckiego i innych państw realnego socjalizmu w płaszczyźnie rozumienia pracy i jej wartości była, czy też nie była, zaprzeczeniem marksowskiej wizji pracy w społeczeństwie komunistycznym.
