Zaprezentowano cztery klasyczne sytuacje pojawiania się liczby π w zagadnieniach probabilistycznych. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono geometrycznemu modelowi probabilistycznemu na przykładzie losowej konstrukcji trójkąta rozwartokątnego i zagadnienia igły Buffona. Pokazano w szczegółach rozwiązanie zagadnienia losowania liczb względnie pierwszych, przypominając związek wyniku rozwiązania tego problemu z funkcją dzeta Riemanna.

The publication presents four classic situations concerning the appearance of the number π in probabilistic issues. Particular attention is given to geometric probabilistic model showing the example of the random structure of obtuse triangle and Buffons needle problem. The solution of drowing co-prime numbers is shown in details with the the special recall of the connection with the Riemann zeta function.
