The article presents the essence and categorization of centers for innovation and entrepreneurship in Poland (OIiP), diagnoses the current state of the centers and analyzes the tendencies in the changes within the last decade of OIiPs’ existence in Poland, as well as presents the prospects for the centers’ development in Poland in the 21st century.
