The main feature and specific problems of agriculture in Ukraine is that they don’t concern only rural but also every citizen of Ukrainian society as a single safe and without alternative source of nutrition and food security. In this regard, interest of pedagogy to reforms in this area is a subject of major social, state and national economic significance of agriculture and its products for society.

Główną cechą i określonym problemem rolnictwa na Ukrainie jest to, że nie dotyczy on tylko obszarów wiejskich, ale także każdego obywatela Ukrainy. Chodzi tu o bezpieczeństwo w wymiarze jednostkowym i całościowym w zakresie wytwarzania produktów żywnościowych. Pod tym względem zainteresowanie pedagogiki w obszarze reform w tym zakresie treści jest głównym tematem społecznym, racją stan, narodowym i ekonomicznym znaczeniem rolnictwa i jego produkcji dla ogółu społeczeństwa.

The phenomenon of falsification of food has been present in the world for a very long time. The scale of this problem has a significant impact on the health situation in society. It has been observed that certain groups in society try to protect themselves against food falsification by recognising the problem, avoiding processed foods or striving to grow their own produce. Others ignore and marginalize the whole thing. Since the second half of the twentieth century, many attempts have been made throughout the world to create a food safety system that ensures products of high quality and aims at blocking the possibility of food falsification. Consumer education plays a significant role in it. The results of questionnaire surveys addressed to women helped to determine their knowledge and attitude towards food safety.

Zjawisko fałszowania żywności występuje na świecie od bardzo dawna. Skala tego zjawiska ma istotny wpływ na sytuację zdrowotną społeczeństwa. Przed patologią na rynku żywności pewna część społeczeństwa próbuje się chronić, podejmując rozpoznawanie problemu, inni starają się jeść żywność mało przetworzoną, jeszcze inni heroicznie sami ją wytwarzają. A pewna część społeczeństwa marginalizuje problem. Od drugiej połowy XX wieku na całym świecie podejmuje się liczne starania, aby stworzyć system bezpieczeństwa żywności zapewniający produkty o wysokiej jakości oraz maksymalnie blokujący możliwość fałszowania żywności. Znaczną rolę odgrywa w nim edukacja konsumenta. Badania ankietowe z udziałem studentek jako respondentek pozwoliły określić ich wiedzę i stosunek do bezpieczeństwa żywności.
