Work is an ethical force – it is an important paradigm of labour pedagogy. System analysis of a person’s work should include an axiological, aretological and deontological interpretation. The issue of the employee’s responsibility is not without significance. Such a multidimensional analysis allows to show the creative power of work aimed at changing the person and at changing the quality of life and the quality of the world. The consequence is the reinterpretation of the paradigms of labour pedagogy.

Praca jest siłą etyczną – to ważny paradygmat pedagogiki pracy. Analiza systemowa dotycząca pracy osoby powinna obejmować interpretację aksjologiczną, aretologiczną i deontologiczną. Nie bez znaczenia jest problematyka odpowiedzialności pracującego. Taka wielowymiarowa analiza pozwala ukazać siłę twórczą pracy, ukierunkowaną na przemianę osoby oraz na zmianę jakości życia i jakości świata. Konsekwencją jest reinterpretacja paradygmatów obowiązujących w pedagogice pracy.
