The text concerns the issue of violation of domestic law regarding withdrawal from international treaties. It addresses the question whether it is possible to invoke this violation as a reason invalidating the withdrawal at the international level in the similar vein as with respect to violation of domestic law regarding competence to conclude treaties under Art 46 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties.

Předkládaný text se věnuje problematice porušení vnitrostátního práva v oblasti odstoupení od mezinárodních smluv a odpovídá na otázku, zda je možné dovolávat se porušení tohoto práva jako důvodu mezinárodněprávní neplatnosti a neúčinnosti odstoupení od mezinárodní smlouvy obdobně jako v případě porušení vnitrostátního práva týkajícího se oprávnění uzavírat smlouvy dle čl. 46 Vídeňské úmluvy o smluvním právu.
