Tematyka rozwoju fizycznego jest nieodłącznym elementem życia każdego człowieka. Podejmowanie aktywności fizycznej dostarcza wielu pozytywnych skutków dla człowieka: dostarcza witalności, energii, podnosi poziom hormonów odpowiedzialnych za poczucie szczęścia. Celem artykułu jest promowanie idei olimpiad specjalnych oraz przedstawienie roli aktywności fizycznej w życiu człowieka z niepełnosprawnością.

Physical development is integral part of each human life. Making physical activity provides to many positives experiences: provides vitality, energy, raises the level of hormones of happiness. The aim of this article is to promote Special Olympics and presentation of the role of physical activity in a person`s life with disability.
