Celem polityki fiskalnej wielu państw jest generowanie wzrostu gospodarczego oraz minimalizacja deficytu budżetowego i długu publicznego. W artykule uwaga będzie skupiona na konsolidacji ekspansywnej, czyli na dostosowaniach fiskalnych, które wywołują dodatni, trwały efekt na wzrost gospodarczy. W związku z tym celem artykułu jest wyznaczenie optymalnych decyzji fiskalnych w kontekście wzrostu gospodarczego i równowagi fiskalnej na podstawie problemu kwadratowo-liniowego.

The aim of the fiscal policy in many countries is to generate the economic growth and to minimize the general government deficit and public debt. In the article, we will focus on the expansive consolidation, that is, on fiscal adjustments that have a positive, permanent effect on economic growth. Therefore, the aim of this article is to determine the optimal fiscal decisions in the context of economic growth and on context of fiscal balance based on a quadratic-linear problem.
